Mariah's servants heart...

Just wanted to show everyone what my sweet little 6 year old did this morning.

She come in our room and woke us up, She told us she had done something sooooo special, & we needed to get up!! We ask her if she had made her bed, and she told us no, way more special than that. So she took us by the hand and lead us to the kitchen. When we could finally open our eyes this is what we saw. I thought it was pretty sweet! She had made us cheerios, with little cups of milk and a sugar cookie apiece!! (this pic would have been perfect if my table had been refinished:>)

Hope everyone had a good Christmas and New Year!! I know we did! Have any of you ever played Apples to Apples?? We played that for the first time the other night and it was soo fun!! We are going to have to buy that game!

Mariah had an eye doctor appointment Tues. and she was really hoping to get glasses...... The doctor checked her out and told us I am very happy to report that you do not need glasses. Her little face just dropped!! She was so disappointed, she wanted them so bad!! The doctor said she had perfect vision!! I was thankful for that!!!

Amber O. called and ask me to post this prayer request for Katrina's mom,Tammy. She had a Grand Mal seizure this morning and is needing our prayers. Please pray,the Lord has already brought her through so much. Trusting he will help her now!

Happy Birthday to my baby today!! She is 6 years old! I can't believe it..... they grow up so fast! I'm so thankful Jesus gave you to me Riah! You have brought so much joy to our lives! I Love you!

She got to stay home from school today & Israel took the day off, to spend with her! We went to Silver Dollar City tonight. It was kinda chilly! It was nice cause there was hardly no one there!!

Hope everyone is having a good day! I have been working on my house and laundry.... (story of all of our lives I know) I should be working with Andrew on his schooling.... He needs ALOT of work!!:>)
Mariah came home from school yesterday and told me she voted. She said she voted for someone named Murock... I about fell over!!! I was like oh you did? She said yeah. I asked her if they had told her about someone named John Mc Cain too, and she said yeah they did. It was sooo funny!! I told her, well Mommy & Daddy wouldn't vote for him... and explained some things to her. (I had told her that he thought it was ok for people to kill babies while they were in their mommys tummy if they didn't want them) She set there for a minute and asked, "does he think it's ok to kill little girls"? That kinda broke my heart.... We told her no he wouldn't do anything like that, And that he personally didn't kill the babies, but he thought it was ok for people to do that if they wanted to. She said, I'M NOT VOTING FOR HIM!! We hadn't talked about it a whole lot in front of the kids so she was totally lost when that subject came up!!!:>)
Well I need to get Andrew some lunch.... he thinks he's starving,
